Guardian Sentry

A physical sentry for the network edge: a Raspberry Pi 5 host running the sensor stack, paired with a Pico-class field unit, reporting home even when the network itself is the thing under attack.

What it watches

Wi-Fi anomaly monitor — deauth storms, rogue-AP patterns, unexpected probe behaviour.
RF survey — software-defined-radio sweeps for the spectrum activity around your site.
Honeypot — a deliberately tempting service that turns an intruder's first move into your first alert.

How it phones home

Telemetry travels over LoRa in CBOR frames sealed with truncated HMAC-SHA-256 and a strictly-increasing sequence counter — verified in constant time on the receiver. The radio path means Sentry still reports when the LAN is gone.
